We offer the following notary services: Affidavits, Apostilles, Healthcare Directives, Jail Signings, Minors Permission to Travel, Power of Attorney, Trusts, and other documents requiring notarizations.
We also specialize in Real Estate signings, Refinance of home loans and Grant Deeds as we too are Loan Signing Agents. Rates for Real Estate related signings have a separate rate then what is listed for other listed services.

Rates : Rates are dependent on the location of travel, hour of service, and service requested. The California state fee is $15 Per Notarized Signature. Service that extends past the first hour is subject to a $50 per hour additional fee.
Real estate related documents have a different set of fees. Please call for a quote.
Accepted Payments: Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay.
Parking: If safe parking is unavailable, the Notary reserves the right to include a parking fee if needed to safely park.
Cancellations: Appointments cancelled without notice prior to the Notary’s arrival may incur a travel fee.

ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION
1. Current State Issued Identification card or Driver’s License issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
2. A United States Passport.
3. A valid consular identification document issued by a consulate from the applicant’s country of citizenship, or a valid passport from the applicant’s country of citizenship.
4. A driver’s license issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue driver’s licenses.
5. An identification card issued by another state.
6. A United States military identification card.
7. An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State of California, or an agency or office of a city, county, or city and county in California.
8. An identification card issued by a federally recognized tribal government.
9. An inmate identification card issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation if the inmate is in custody in a California state prison.
10. Any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department if the inmate is in custody at a local detention facility.
